There are many ways to stay healthy .personally, to stay healthy ,I do in two major ways . first, I do exercise every morning and early in the evening , it help me to keep fit as well as to relax from hard working . in addition ,I also eat save food to stay healthy , it help me to avoid the poisonous and give enough batteries for my body .

When people come to Ca Mau province and looking at the southernmost strip of land of the country , one is attractive to the beauty of an area with rivers and cannels and the sincerity of the kind- hearted people here . at the southernmost strip of land , in addition hearing to the tune “ Da co hoai lang “ on Ganh Hao river , enjoying the dishes of rural areas U Minh forests , people cannot help visit beautiful places . and Da Bac islet , an interesting in my hometown , is an interesting place to visit and live .

Da Bac islet belongs to kinh hon hamlet , khanh binh tay commune ,Tran Van Thoi district , Ca Mau province .it is about 50 km away from Ca Mau city by inland waterways .
On Da Bac islet , under the thick canopy of the eagle and bodhi trees , people can hear the sound of sea breeze like a lullaby . what is particular is that Da Bac , made up by layers of granite , seem to be created by same mysterious hands . there are various beautiful and peculiar shapes , lining in certain formation surrounding the islet.

On Da Bac islet , the first thing people can recognize is the wildness of the islet , there one can see a lot of granite stones , and one is placed on others in order to form unique shape . looking at these shape . people can imagine them as a play ground of fairies , a well of fairies , footsteps of fairies or and of fairies … on the east side of Da Bac , there are big stones . in between two big stones , there is something like the shape of footstep . as the legend , the footstep was left by fairies and the stones were their play ground .hence this area is called by people a paradise.
Approaching to Da Bac , people can take part in many activities . people can visit Uncle Ho temple , Vi an ninh to quoc monument or they can visit Ong pagoda , or CM12 victory memorial monument and the temple in honor of Ong Nam Hai is very famous . At present , not only fishermen come to the temple but tourism from other area , upon hearing the sacredness of the temple are also come to pray for safety for families and not to face misfortunes .

A part from sightseeing and bathing in the sea , people can also study
and discover the life of the people in my hometown . they can see or take part with the local people in fishing ,looking for oysters … if people wish to enjoy aquatic products that are just got , fisher men are ready to serve . taking squid , shrimp .. together with some Mo Qua bottles and looking at the sky and the immense sea when the bight and red sun is setting in the west sea . at night , it is becoming cooler and cooler and windy , cups of liquor seem to be warmer .

any people coming to Da Bac islet can hear the sounds of sea waves telling stories so that people can love more Ca Mau , the southernmost part of the father land . amidst the immense sea , people will become calmer and calmer after being so much concerned with daily chores . so that if you have a change or free time , I think should visit Da Bac islet , my hometown, and you more understand what I say and I also think you will also love my hometown because of its natural beauty and the kind- hearted people in my hometown .
